Shokat Lal is the Chief Executive of Sandwell Council, and told the children everything about what the Council does, and answered some questions that the children had. This links to our current History Topic, 'History of Home', where we have been learning about people who have had an influence on our local area. After what we have learnt today, I think we can all agree that Shokat works extremely hard for Sandwell, and the children had a lovely time chatting with him!
